EVI Air Source Heat Pumps are designed for domestic/commercial hot water and house heating in cold areas with minimum temperatures above -25°C.

Copeland compressors feature Enhanced Steam Injection (EVI) technology
with crankcase heaters for use in special cold regions, and heat pump brand
components such as Danfoss electronic expansion valves, Eaton AC contactors and
thermal relays guarantee high quality and long life. All our screws and clips
(external and internal) are stainless steel. The cabinets we use are made of
galvanized steel, making them more rust-resistant, durable and affordable.
5. Multiple protection
For example, if the system water flow is insufficient, the system will
display high pressure protection and automatically stop the heat pump to
protect the compressor from damage. There is also high current protection: if
the power supply is unstable, the heat pump will display a high current error,
stop the heat pump, and avoid damage to the compressor.

Why can an EVI heat pump work at -25°C?
Since the Copeland compressor adopts the crankcase heater enhanced steam injection (EVI) technology, it is suitable for special cold areas, and we designed the EVI gas piping system and control system to make the EVI air source heat pump work stably in low temperature conditions.
