Heat pump installation
For proper installation, a diverter valve must be installed for optimal performance. The diverter valve regulates and balances the water flow, helping the pump run smoothly and efficiently. You can read the full heat pump installation guide and purchase a deflection kit: 40mm or 50mm.
Transfer settings
* A diverter valve must be used to balance the water flow
* Incorrect valve installation can cause errors
* Your pump has a flow rate of up to 20,000 L/HR or 3-4 times the required maximum flow rate
* We cannot help you with error codes without transferring settings
* Set top valve to approximately 50% water flow
*The bottom valve is the most important. Set foot valve to approximately 25/30% water flow (depending on model)
