Description
This air-to-water heat pump provides hot water for radiant floor heating and domestic hot water preheating. The unit is reverse cooled via a circulating air handler.
This air-to-water heat pump uses outdoor air as heat exchange to heat water to 49C (120F) and cool water to 0C (32F - antifreeze required). It can operate in outdoor temperatures as low as -21C.

6. Compressor
– Two-stage scroll with double isolation for quiet operation; located in the indoor unit for easy cold weather maintenance and better refrigerant/oil management.
7. Gen2 electronic control board
– With external two-wire digital user interface. Includes automatic hot water output control based on outdoor temperature, data logging, internet and laptop USB connections and BACnet interface.
8. Refrigerant pressure sensor
– Electronic high and low pressure, displayed via user interface.
9. Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV)
– For precise refrigerant control.
10. Start the capacitor kit and suction accumulator.
11. Domestic hot water
—Factory installed double wall heat exchanger and ECM bronze head circulator, a unique Nordic feature in the air source market.
